SHIPPING POLICY

Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. normal shipping policy for our customers is quoted as Dock-to-Dock, unless requested otherwise. It is our customer's responsibility to order the correct shipping method as outline below.

Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges incurred for re-delivery. Changing service once freight has left our dock, or refusal by a customer to receive shipment due to not having the appropriate information for receiving. Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. provides our customers tracking information for all shipments. When possible orders, will be shipped the following day via normal freight or same day for overnight shipments. All special shipping requirements need to be on the PO, not in a separate email. Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. is responsible for only shipping mistakes made by not following instructions on the supplied PO.

Dock-to-Dock: This is the most cot-effective shipping method. Freight leaves our dock to the customer's dock. Customer is responsible for removing the freight from the truck.

Lift Gate Service: If the customer does not have a normal receiving dock a lift gate is required to lower the freight from the truck to ground level by the driver. The customer is responsible to move the freight inside the facility.

Residential or Limited Access Service: The customer is shipping to a rural or residential location zoned by the county. These could include houses, farms, mines, etc.

Inside Delivery: Driver will move the freight off the truck to either the inside of the customer's dock area, or inside the customer's facility (i.e. inside front door or inside delivery area). Customer must specify a dock location or lift-gate service.

Redelivery: The shipping company is responsible for moving the freight to the customer's location on their time schedule unless guaranteed service is added for additional fee. If carrier cannot fulfill guarantee you will be reimbursed the "guarantee fee".

****PLEASE KEEP IN MIND****

If nobody is available to receive the delivered items, the consignment is turned down by the recipient, or the required gear is not on location, etc. A carrier may have to redeliver the shipment. As a result, you will be responsible to pay the required fee.
